Our 85% Dark Chocolate is full bodied & delightfully dark! With a distinctive flavor borne from our unique medium roast profile, it really embodies the essence of cocoa beans that allows you to indulge in an intense yet refined dark chocolate experience.

Unlike industrial manufacturers, our artisan chocolates only contain 3 simple ingredients; Cocoa nibs, sugar & cocoa butter. Our Dark Chocolates have a very high Cocoa content of 85% with 15% or less sugar mass with approximately 2 cocoa pods used per bar of chocolate.
