Our 70% Dark Chocolate has been masterfully created to be neither too bitter or overpowering with subtle floral & more pronounced citrus tasting notes combined with a velvety smoothness that truly elevates your dark chocolate experience.

Unlike industrial manufacturers, our artisan chocolates only contain 3 simple ingredients; Cocoa nibs, sugar & cocoa butter. Our Dark Chocolates have a very high Cocoa content of 70% with 30% or less sugar mass with approximately 2 cocoa pods used per bar of chocolate.
